1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern quotations, orders, and the sale of custom dice, gemstone products, and jewelry manufactured by CuiShen (), a factory-direct manufacturer based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. They set out our general commercial terms. The specific price, quantity, specification, and delivery terms of any order are those confirmed in your individual written quotation or sales contract, which take precedence where they differ from this page.

2. Quotes and orders

We are a business-to-business (OEM/ODM) manufacturer. Prices are quoted per project based on your product, material, quantity, customization, and packaging. A quotation is an estimate until an order is confirmed; unit price and lead time depend on final specifications and order volume. An order is confirmed once specifications are approved and any agreed deposit is received.

Minimum order quantities apply and vary by product (for example, from 10 sets for custom gemstone dice and from 100 sets for metal dice). You may combine designs or materials to reach a minimum where we agree in writing.

3. Samples and approval

Where a pre-production sample is provided, production proceeds against the approved sample and specification sheet. Because gemstone and natural-stone products are made from unique blocks of stone, some natural variation in color, pattern, and veining between pieces is normal and is not a defect.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are stated in the currency shown on your quotation and exclude any charges unless expressly included. Payment terms (for example, a deposit with balance before dispatch) are set out in your quotation. Production is scheduled after the agreed deposit is received.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide from our factory in China. Our delivery terms depend on order size:

• Small parcels / small orders: shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties and taxes are included and the goods are delivered to your door — you pay no extra customs charges on arrival.
• Large / bulk orders: freight method, incoterms, and any duties are quoted and agreed with you per order. For high-volume shipments we will discuss the best shipping arrangement and pricing before you confirm.
• Transit time from China is typically 7–15 days after dispatch, depending on destination country and shipping method. This is in addition to production and sampling lead time.

Delivery dates are good-faith estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control, but we will keep you updated and provide tracking where available.

6. Customs and import

For DDP small-parcel shipments we handle export and import clearance and the associated duties and taxes. For bulk shipments under other incoterms, responsibility for customs clearance and import duties is as agreed in your quotation. Please tell us in advance of any product marking, certification, or documentation your country requires.

7. Quality, defects, and returns

Every order is inspected before packing. If goods arrive defective or materially different from the approved specification, notify us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order details. Where a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will re-make or replace the affected items, or agree another fair remedy. Because these are custom-made goods, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

8. Custom designs and intellectual property

You confirm that any logo, artwork, or design you supply is yours to use, and you keep ownership of it. We use it only to produce your order and treat your designs and order details as confidential. We will not resell your custom, branded design to third parties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
